La Crosse All Stars and U.S. Military team locked in battle Friday LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW-TV) - Some of the area's best baseball players joined forces with the U.S. Military Friday night at the Lumberyard for some exhibition baseball. The U.S. Military All-Stars were back in La Crosse for their 20th annual "Red, White and Blue Diplomacy Tour" to take on the La Crosse All-Stars, a team made up of local college stars--some former Loggers-and joined by Former Packer Craig Newsome.

Area all-stars to face military baseball team By JOEL BADZINSKI / La Crosse Tribune Rick Boyer smiled at the thought of being able to manage a lineup including former big leaguers Damian Miller, George Williams and Greg Vaughn. "That could be pretty formidable,: Boyer said. "What I would hope is that we wouldn’t have six DHs.: The La Crosse Loggers, Logistics Health, Inc., and Operation Homefront announced Tuesday that the United States Military All-Star baseball team will visit Copeland Park at 7:05 p.m. July 15 for an exhibition game against a team of area all-stars. Williams, a La Crosse native and former major league catcher, and Boyer, longtime La Crescent High School coach and former Loggers manager, are in.

Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves are proud to announce that the 20th annual "Red, White & Blue International Diplomacy Tour" will make a stop at Trustmark Park on June 20th, 2009. The Tour, which features an exhibition game between the U.S. Military All-Stars and the Latin Stars, is the largest, fastest growing, most successful and only joint armed forces baseball program in the world.

Talk about a perfect event from start to finish..... Music from the Hooligans was playing as people entered the ballpark. Kids were enjoying the rides and some people pulled up lawn chairs to enjoy the atmosphere. Larry Their opened the Ghost Players "Greatest Show on Dirt: with his song "Ghost In My Back Yard: It sounded great as he played on the ballfield in front of an ever-growing crowd.

On Saturday, July 11, The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs hosted a marquee baseball event where the U.S. Military All-Stars took on the Latin Stars to raise money for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing. The game was close all evening, with the Latin Stars getting ahead early 4-2.
